Services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with primary service areas in Scottsdale and surrounding communities.

3. Service Agreements and Scheduling

Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled through our website, phone, or customer portal. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent service schedules, but appointments may be adjusted due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Access Requirements

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to their pool area, including:

Working gate codes or keys
Clear pathways to pool equipment
Notification of any hazards or security systems
Securing pets during service visits

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service if access is unsafe, property conditions are hazardous, or customer behavior is inappropriate or threatening to our staff.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods. Payment information is securely processed through third-party payment processors.

Billing and Fees

Monthly service fees are billed in advance
One-time services are billed upon completion
Late fees may apply to overdue accounts
Returned payment fees may apply for declined transactions

Price Changes

Service prices may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Important: Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in service suspension until payment is received.

Our Insurance Coverage

Robo Pool Service LLC maintains appropriate business insurance, including general liability and workers' compensation coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

Damage to pool equipment not caused by our negligence
Pre-existing pool or equipment conditions
Damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to maintain proper access
Consequential or indirect damages
Equipment failure due to age, wear, or manufacturer defects

Customer Insurance

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate homeowner's or property insurance. We recommend notifying your insurance company of our service relationship.

7. Service Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, phone, or our customer portal.

Refund Policy

Monthly service fees are non-refundable once services begin
Prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis
One-time service fees are refundable only if cancelled before service begins

Suspension of Services

We may suspend services for non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of these terms. Service suspension does not relieve customers of payment obligations for services already provided.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours.

Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Note: Pool chemistry and equipment performance can be affected by many factors beyond our control, including weather, bather load, and equipment age.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Robo Pool Service LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except as necessary for normal use of our services.
